Renee Peters

Renee is an emerging author who believes in the power of reading to children.  She considers children’s picture books to be an essential tool for initiating important discussions and development with children.

Since the age of ten, Renee has dreamed of becoming an author.  She hopes to share relatable stories addressing many experiences that children encounter.  It is Renee’s ambition to encourage self-development, emotional awareness, anti-bullying, genuine friendships and self-acceptance in children.

Renee is a creative mother of two sweet, charismatic, and fun children.  She lives in a small coastal town in New South Wales and loves spending time with her children and her husband, exploring nearby beaches, rivers and the Australian bush.

As a mother, Renee has developed a strong passion for providing learning experiences for children that both encourage and enhance the child’s natural development and personality.  When she is not working from home or exploring the outdoors, Renee is creating playful learning activities to connect with and educate her children’s interests.  She is the author of Play Based Parenting where she shares playful activities to inspire other parents to connect, play, love and learn with their children.
